It’s Been A Hard Day

It’s been a hard day for me. One of my coonhounds is missing and my mule suddenly went lame in my cornfield and I saw two rats in my corn crib. And, my outhouse has developed a leak. However, I have had a delicious meal of fried chicken feet and I have scared away a raccoon that was trying to get into my turkey pen.

So, I have thrown some wood in the stove, removed my boots, and I am going to tell you an amazing story. But before we begin, and in self-defense, I want to refer you to a true story from one of my books, Memoirs of a Farm Boy, entitled “Milton and the Three String Guitar.

To begin with, I must point out the enclosed 10/15/18 order was created by Judge William Alexander at the behest of Chief Justice Goodwyn (I don’t know if it were daylight or dark, so I don’t know what name to use).

But do not be concerned about the obvious conflict of interest because Chief Justice Goodwyn was appointing a judge to hear a case in which he (the Supreme Court) was involved, because he had pulled this conflict of interest on me ten times.

Of course, the most important thing is that this order that these two honorable jurists conspired to create was never heard in court and everybody, even the Chief Justice of the Virginia Supreme Court, knows about this basic premise.

Therefore, I am pleased to present to you this letter from Clerk Edward Jewett of the Richmond Circuit Court. (See exhibit __________). I have informed both of them about this with no remorse or apology and my Code 2.2-301 and due process rights have been ignored.

But this not all. The Supreme Court rules say that valet parking is not allowed, so the enclosed bill (Exhibit_______) that says their hotel bill cannot be paid unless it was 50 or more miles from the base point. Well, in 2019, Chief Justice Goodwyn’s base point was Richmond and your records, which you claim go back ten years, contain hotel bills from Richmond.

So please send to me all of the hotel bills of Justice Goodwyn and Justice Lemons that have been paid for hotel stays less than 50 miles from their base point, as well as valet parking, which is not allowed. Prior to 2020, the base point of both justices was Richmond.

I ask for this information on the valet and hotel misappropriation so that I may include them in my Whistle-blower claim as my due process rights allow.

It’s going to be of national interest if Virginia’s top jurist is caught in a combination of misappropriation of public funds and multiple conflicts of interest scenarios.
