That’s Not What Concerns Me

August 2, 2025

William H. Turner to Gov. Glen Youngkin

Dear Governor Youngkin,

Today I read about your aspiration to run for President. Ever since your illegal motion to sanction me I had been hoping that you would try that because I am going to use it to keep you from being elected.

I spent a lot of time helping your cohort Jason Miyares be elected because you touted transparency. It was a horrible mistake. Neither of you had the courtesy to thank me. He did give me an estimate of $2.3 million to provide me with the FOIA information that I requested. He proposed to charge me $89.13 per hour to have someone search out my requests, while other public bodies charge me $25 per hour.

Your idea of double-dipping was stupid. Paying for McAuliffe’s TV subscriptions was not only dumb but illegal, since it is against DOA rules, also you have over 100 transactions for over $1000 that you never got bids on.

But the dumbest of all was to alter a medical from my Doctor, Dr. L.J. Kellam, to make it appear that my neurological problems with ambulation was really a neurological problem with my brain. Then Ms. Burch and the OAG Attorney McIntee conspired and left out the part where he says “he is quite keen mentally.” You should have known that it is illegal to reveal a medical report. But I am glad that Mr. McIntee and Ms. Burch were conspiring to do so.

The people of Virginia are not going to like the fact that I was not allowed a jury. Perhaps you didn’t want them to hear the case because they would learn about the $500,000 that my Whistle-blower efforts save the taxpayer every year, or my sculptures that my friends and I have donated to the Commonwealth.

Being a “self-proclaimed genius,” I immediately assumed that this was an attempt by Northam to continue to receive credit card privileges after they had expired (with Youngkin helping this makes it a business conspiracy). I have a meeting on Monday to discuss your future.

William Turner is not going to let you be elected President. It is not the misappropriation of public funds that concerns me, but your “neurological” problems and the consequent blunders such as double-dipping and your Motion for Sanctions and the Code 8.011-271 violations.

Sincerely,

William H. Turner
