I Dare Them

The Honorable Supreme Court of Virginia steals public funds at every opportunity. (I dare them to take me to court and refute my claims.)

As you can see from Justice Robbins’s claims from travel reimbursements, he has made an art of this. Let’s take him for an example, since he lives at Chingoteague, Virginia and is now the Chief Judge of Accomack District Court. This trip is about 120 miles round trip. He is also the person that must approve any lawsuit that I may make against him or his cartel.

I am familiar with this route because I hitchhiked it every weekend, except one, in four years to and from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, in order to keep my childhood boat building business going so that I could have food to eat as I earned my degree in Anthropology (1957).

The enclosed record shows Judge Robbins’s requests for personal vehicle travel in 2021-2024. He gets $.70 per mile for his travels. His reimbursement amount divided by $.70 gives the miles he claimed to have traveled. So on 4/7/23 he traveled 1234 miles in one day, and at 55 mph he was on the road 22 hours.

Then there is the payment of $804.00 on three separate occasions for the same amount. To do this would require driving the equivalent of the Indianapolis 500.

Then there are three $502.80 reimbursements for only 804 miles. But on 2/13/25 he made two trips for $562.80 and $336.00, or $889.80, or 1283 miles, or 23 hours on the road in one day. But I must admit that since there were no hotel bills he must have slept while he was driving.

But you ain’t seen nothin’ yet. Wait until the female justices get behind the wheel. And don’t get upset. According to the law this is only petty lawlessness.
