My chief legal advisor, Elmer Leroy Jr., who claims that he is a genuine high school graduate, has suggested that I purse “odds” in my investigation of Supreme Court Justices.
I have already covered Chief Justice Goodwyn in regard to the distances he has traveled on his trips in service to the hard-working taxpayers of our great Commonwealth of Virginia.
Now, from the records that he has submitted for travel reimbursement, there are many suspicious repetitions of exactly the same distance traveled, and exactly the same reimbursement.
For example, in 2019, he requested and was paid $124.12 ten times. The odds against this being a proper claim are 12412 x 12412, or 154, 057, 744 to one.
Keep in mind that this was for one year, 2019. 2018 and 2017 pose similar statistical impossibilities.
