When I told Ms. Burch that I had paid this bill, rather than just apologizing for the error, she now claims that there were two bills for $196.48.
The chances of this being true are one in 19648 squared or one in 38 million. And the chances of having another letter from me are 38 million squared or more than the grains of sand in the Bahamas, drops of water in the oceans or the number of molecules in my big fat cow.
But, saying that there were two exact bills is easy. If she has two bills, she must have two of my letters requesting information. So, she must forge a letter requesting documents that would add up to $196.48 and forge my signature on paper with beans spilled on it.
