At Every Opportunity

The Supreme Court of Virginia is cheating the taxpayers of our state at every opportunity.

For example Justice Goodowyn claims he travels 107 miles to Richmond. This is not true. Please give me the correct mileage.

This round trip costs $125. He is required to seek the lowest price. By Trailway Bus he could have traveled for $28 and saved the taxpayers $97.

Since it costs about $.15 per mile to use a personal vehicle, this means he makes a profit of $.55 for every mile he drives. To go to Richmond and return on this 214 mile round trip, he made a profit of $117.70 which is taxable but was, of course, never reported to the IRS.

Please give me the correct distance that each Justice must travel to work in Richmond. Why doesn’t the Justice ride the bus since he must seek the most economical means of travel as the Travel Policy requires.

Every time he and others fail to do this, Code 18.2-472 is violated which requires dismissal.

I am entitled by the VFATA law to 30% of misappropriated funds after they have been tripled. This is .9 (90%) of the misappropriated funds.

The FOIA suggests that you should try to reach a settlement with me before I file a lawsuit.

Let me know. A settlement could save state officials from paying about double plus punitive damages plus several dismissals and fines.
