Captain of the Patrolmen

The Governor is bringing suit against me on October 4, 2024 for several cited reasons. One of them is that my requests are “frivolous,” another is that they are “duplicative.”

So take a look at what the Governor did in one week of July of 2023. I have put a line surrounding seven days of “duplicative” requests for public funds from the Governor or his seven undercover agents whose names he has illegally hidden since he first took office. On every occasion he ordered 3-4 different items twice.

As “captain of the patrolmen” of Central High School in 1951, I quickly learned about suspicious behavior. What I learned is that if it has a sudden beginning and a sudden end then the suspicious behavior was not the result of an innocent business related rhythm of proceedings but the result of a not-so-smart, evil-minded individual purpose that involves the use of someone else’s money (yours and mine).

Keep in mind that the page I randomly picked in July 4, 2023 was only one out of 100 or so pages that originally concerned around 5,000 purchases. However, I want you to realize that there are over 60 pages of the Governor’s official state credit card records including ones now illegally missing.

This suit on October 4, 2024, where a jury will decide, among other things, is my lawsuit “frivolous,” will also determine, as I will ask, are the Governor’s requests “frivolous?” May I suggest that the $10,000 spent in seven days is “frivolous.” Likewise, I don’t believe that the five cases are “duplicity,” as I have shown you will not be more important than my “duplicity” to which I admit is possible related to my 89 years of age. I have asked the Governor’s attorney to let me see my duplicate requests.

I want to let a jury decide this matter.

Then I am also accused of being in arrears.

The best way for me to counter this is for me to show the jury a letter from the Attorney General in which they have accused me of being in arrears, but I have proof that I am not (see attached bank records and canceled checks.)
