Dear Governor,
Since the Senate has knowingly shot down your home made rule on hiding the names of credit card holders, I thought I should tell you that I can ask the General Assembly to investigate your weird behavior concerning public funds.
Of special interest to them (I am told) would be your sudden urge in July of 2023 to purchase many things twice and pay twice, for example the two purchases from Matthew Bender on 7/19/2023 for $2352.18 on 7/19/2023.
Then there is the sudden disappearance of the 100 or so records of this peculiar double dipping which ceased as suddenly as it began. It is not like shoes which are purchased two at a time!
