Next to the Ten Commandments and the Declaration of Independence this is in my mind the most important document ever created in the Northern Hemisphere.
If you look at this jewel of a document head on, you will see two columns. The port side depicts exactly the official, genuine, real original records of the Governor’s SPCC credit card records for June and July of 2023.
The starboard side shows with two colors the duplicity involved in missing records (shaded rectangles). This all occurred in 42 day of June and July of 2023. The sudden appearance and disappearance of these abnormalities strongly suggest that they are not the result of normal business rhythms but the result of a “neurologically diseased mind,” (this is what one of the people in the Governor’s legal cartel claims has affected me.
You will see the identical amounts are in two colors. This shows that the same amount of public funds was paid twice, which the boys down at the pool hall call “double dipping.’
Now for the most amazing part of this most dumbest scheme that I have ever encountered; the shaded blocks, with no numbers, indicate that these records are missing from the records of the Governor.
Therefore we have 18.2-472 felonies from the Governor of Virginia, who would like to be President of the United States.
Look closely and you will see more strange things. There is something suspicious about the Governor’s attraction REI-Matthew Bender. It appears that the Governor, or someone else, has destroyed all these records. You will notice that on 7/189/23 the Governor placed an order of $2,752.18 ($5404.36) with REI-Matthew Bender. REI means recreational equipment, which is a foul word when it comes to public funds.
Now, I must admit that my “neurologically diseased mind” has caught up with me. I have still not been able to find out what happened to these double reimbursements.
The DOA and the Treasurer don’t want to help me.
