I want to point out that Chief Justice Bernard (AKA Samuel) Goodwyn has never initialed the certification that says his computation is correct.
All of these vouchers had the Justice’s address redacted.
Let me explain. After I complained that his vouchers were for commuting because he was leaving and returning to his residence each day and the IRS says this is taxable, Justice Goodwin then improperly redacted his resident’s street address.
This document shows that on 10/18/19 he was reimbursed for a hotel in Richmond, his base point prior to 2020. I have many of these.
