Motion for Sanctions

The motion for sanctions against me, from the Governor’s office, gives 16 reasons.

I would assume that all of them must be ready for me to be sanctioned and, of course, I should be able to question Ms.Burch about each of these 16 items that she presents. I have not been allowed to do this and believe it or not, when I asked questions of the Governor’s attorney Chris Bernardt, he told me that I would have to get that information from the Clerks of the Courts.

Whoever wrote this response has also taken my medical report and altered it, which is a clear violation of Code 18.1-472. The report was from Dr. Kellam and says that I have a progressive neurological disorder that affects my walking. It’s absolutely true and the next time we are in court I will prove it to you. When the part of Dr. Kellam’s report that says my neurological disorder affects my walking was left out, it makes it look like I was crazy.

Furthermore, I want to bring you up to date about my desire to be a kingmaker or king destroyer. I helped Glen Youngkin be elected Governor, a feat of which I am now ashamed. So now I switch to King Destroyer. The author also claims that I have no evidence of the abuse of public funds or corruption.

No one believes me so let me refer you to the Washington Post that claims that Virginia is one of the most corrupt states in the Union.

Now let me show you how the writer of the Motion attempted to mislead. He refers to an order of May 1, 2020, as if it were in effect. However, this order was never in effect and never heard (see exhibit).

Item 2 is a list of stupidity because it claims as evidence that the Motion concerns 29 lawsuits. Yet Code 8.01-271-1 says “improper actions taken in other lawsuits.” Twenty-nine is more than one.

On the “create lists” of state credit card holders, this is false. I requested a copy of any lists that had been created. The Governor’s Denise Burch said there was none. I attach two for you to ponder.

As for my never having prevailed in a single matter, this reminds me that the Supreme Court owes me $199 for a case I won. I want to point out that the Judge appointed to hear this case is the only one not appointed by the cartel.

Item 3: All I can say is that I have received four threatening phone calls.

This item says I have many unpaid requests, but they won’t tell me about them.

They claim that I have non-suited as if this is illegal.

Item 4: Yes, 8.01-271exists-read it.

Item 5: Burch et al. violated this standard, not investigating properly, not me.

Item 6: The “following facts” indicate that Turner wasn’t properly investigated, but they don’t give any facts.

Item 8: Yes, I am convinced that the Governor is withholding information from me. See the enclosed 1 page out of 128 pages that I have highlighted for you.

Item 9: Who is “prisoner?”

Item 10: Here are the records that the Governor’s assistant says do not exist.

Item 11: I have no idea about staffing limitations. They have seven credit cards so maybe they should decrease the number of people who access the cookie jar.
