On Many Occasions

Dear Mr. Hade,

On many occasions Padden, McClees, Ms. Singleton, and you, have conspired to block my VFATA rights to obtain documents to add to my Whistle-blower award.

The very fact that all three claim “we do not associate airline tickets with travel vouchers” (DA 20-041) is proof that Code 18.2-499 (A) has been violated. There is no code or rule that all three respondents had in mind. Instead, they claim that they just discussed it among themselves after you asked them to continue this “we do not associate airline etc.”

So this is a multiple conspiracy,

Hade-Padden,

Hade-McClees, and

Hade-Singleton.

Then there is the conspiracy between the conspirators on at least two dozen occasions which are also “business conspiracies” requiring triple damages.

So please send to me the rule that allows you to ignore FOIA codes which say your conspiracies are “all void.”

Also please note that Code 18.2-499 says you may be (Aii) willfully compelling another to do any act against his will, which makes you guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor.
